For some of our clients, they don't know where to start with their program. Perhaps they have never tracked their food before. Perhaps they're confused on how to go about meeting their macro goals. In cases like these we offer an add on meal plan. You will receive a week's worth of planning, including calorie and macronutrient information. This is only a temporary option though for new clients! We will help you get started but we will also be educating you on how to create your own. We don't want our clients to have to rely on someone else to be telling them what to eat. We want them to learn to do this independently. Nobody wants to follow a meal plan long term!
